Which one you got off this line a week or so ago? I forget.... Either way, it feels really good to get picked over scUM! Have fun in San Antonio Wolverine fans......and make sure to leave your refs back home so Nebraska has a fair chance...
And Rack the Iowa senior class. 4 straight New Years bowls. Bring on the Gators!!

Jon,
What kind of bullshit deal did Iowa pull here. It must be the cattle/Iowa/Outback connection at work. We work you, in your crib, despite overwhelming odds and an Iowa roster laden with top NFL talent, and you get the bid.
Iowa to the Outback is like fucking a fat chick...They're grateful. Iowegians will come in droves to Tampa, watch out Cracker Barrel. For UM, it's a dissapointment, therefore after 2 straight BCS games the Outback won't sit well with UM faithful (congrats on being in yet another NY day Bowl...how many are there now?). The Alamo is fine, a Big12 matchup sounds better to me than trouncing another SEC team in Florida.

It's like I said. Iowa in the Outback is a good year, Iowegians will flock to FL flea markets, and waffle houses pouring hundreds into the Tampa economy. Outback Bowl=dissapointment in AA. After 2 straight Rose Bowls, Michigan may not have traveled well. The outback always sells out anyway, but more Iowans=more hotel rooms=more in the bed tax rolls.

Uhhhh, I live in Tampa and me and all my friends are pretty pissed that Michigan wasnt picked. We were going to go if Michigan came. Now, none of us could give a flying fuck.

Of course Iowa fans are going to travel better for these games. These bowl appearances are about as good as they'll ever do, so the fans treat them as their own personal NC games.TheJON wrote:Our fans are better than yours. It's that simple. edit: Didn't read Wolverine's post which basically echoes my sentiment...oh well, I won't interfere with a well run pile-on.

Shoalzie,
You got me there. You think Michigan doesn't have some jerkoff celebrity fans??? It shouldn't matter what bowl game you go to, if you're a real fan, you'll travel (assuming you can afford it, of course). Just proves everyone's theory that Michigan fans are fairweather.
And everyone also knows that 70,000 seat Kinnick Stadium is 10 times louder on gameday than 110,000 seat Michigan Stadium.

You can't paint all of us like that but there are some wishy-washy fans. I won't argue with the home crowd argument. It's common knowledge that Michigan Stadium is the quietest 100,000 in the nation...I've long acknowledged that. From those who post on this board, you can't call all MichiganFans as quiet or fairweather. If you packed 110,000 fans like myself, WolverineSteve, BlindRef and MClub into the Big House...you won't be calling Michigan crowds quiet ever again.

Without question the biggest shitbag fans I've seen outside of my conference were from Iowa. No class leading up to the game. No class during the game. And, as expected, no class after the game.TheJON wrote:Our fans are better than yours. It's that simple. That's why we're in Tampa and you're in San Antonio. Saw a couple of Team Bumblebee's biggest fans try to start shit in the parking lot at Pro Player after the Orange Bowl a few years back...both of them just got DROPPED by SC guys

Iowa fans should never leave the state. There is no way they could ever integrate with real society.

One of the funniest threads I ever read. at least a half dozen instances of Jon=bitch=parrot showing why he is such a tool. Thanks board bitch for being so entertaining.

I have mental problems for stating the obvious fact that the Iowa fans I saw at the 2002 Orange Bowl were a bunch of inbred shitbags with complexions whiter than the load Florida is gonna blast all over the Hawkeyes' backside????
Admit it, you're just pissed m2ool knocked you off as the new Board Bitch for 2005.

Memo to Iowa fan: Florida is one of the biggest cattle states in the country so you can leave your women at home. You will have to bring your own silos though.
As far as spending money. Every one knows that Iowa fan has to fart inorder to have a scent in thier pocket.

Who gives a fuck if your playing in the afterthought bowls
What, am i supposed to get wet and excited over a Independance Bowl Bid? If your excited about playing in Houston or San Antonio or Orlando, then your a fucking retard.
It's about the BCS bowls, that's how you judge a Program, not playing in the Weed eater bowl!

First off, what the fuck does a Missouri fan know about BCS bowls?
If my team is playing, I'll support them. Doesn't matter where. A bowl game is still a game regardless of where you play.
As for Iowa fans.....
Jimmy, once again, I honestly do feel sad for you. Anyone that throws an entire group of people under the bus because of a few jerkoffs is a pathetic loser. Let me guess, you saw a black person in handcuffs once so now you assume all black people are hoodlems??? Probably do. That's the type of person you are and I feel bad for you being so screwed up. I can't really comment much on what I saw from SC fan because, well, none of you actually showed up.
Here's the thing.....we have a group of our fan base that us here in Iowa have dubbed as the "Jihadic Wing" of the Hawkeye nation. This group makes up less than 10% of our fans. No one likes them. Unfortunately, they are very vocal. Basically, they're the type of Hawkeye fans that want to fire the coach after every loss, spend more time laughing at ISU when they lose then enjoying a Hawkeye victory, and think that Iowa athletics rule the world. These people are idiots and very annoying. The "Jihadic Wing" is the small group of jagoffs you'll see at the bowl games talking trash and making us all look bad. But they do not represent us real Iowa fans.
And is Florida going to drop a load on Iowa like they did 2 years ago???? Iowa 28 UF 17. Game over at the start of 4th quarter.

Try every single Iowa fan I came accross, including the guy who called my wife names out on the street. No class.

I couldn't care less, to be honest. I just enjoy watching you cry like a girl. But they do not represent us real Iowa fans.
With 400 future NFL first round picks on the squad, Iowa has no excuse but to win by 56,000 points. And is Florida going to drop a load on Iowa like they did 2 years ago???? Iowa 28 UF 17. Game over at the start of 4th quarter.

I heard on the news today that the Tampa police are going to hire rodeo clowns as part of the security for this game. Apparently the plan is for the clowns to distract the Iowa women away from the concession stands so normal people can get a coke and a hot dog with out getting trampled.

Why the Fuck does your fat mouth need to POP into everyones threads!? God DAMN, you are a dumbfuck.Killian wrote:You know what they say about the sun and a dog's ass.
Can't you just leave well enough alone?
WTF does DOMERfan have anything to say about ANYthing!? Iowa gets 4 straight NYD Bowls. WTF has Domer done!? Next to NOTHING!
ONE fucking season with a schedule of teams totalling 65 losses! And all of a sudden we can't shut this fucker up for ten minutes!
EVERY thread, you're poppin off!
Get a fucking clue!
Oh, and Rack Iowa. Major props to a team with a REAL coach and staff.
I wish the damn Detroit Lions would steal him away this spring. They deserve the top notch bowl. As does a LOT of Big-10 squads. That's why fucking Domer will NEVER join our conference. Because they know it means an automatic 3 or more losses every year. And you KNOW it's true, so don't even try to argue it. PSU - Ohio State - Mich State - Mich - Iowa = ALL losses for ND more often than not. I guarentee it. Instead, ND's opponants in '05 had like 65+ losses this season!
So, just stfu Domer. And get the Fuck outta threads you got no business poppin off in.

Babs,
Go back to crying about the big boys winning, celebrating when they lose, and not really giving a fuck about MSU.
Irony at it's finest. You never cease to be able to drag a thread lower than a round table discussion between 5 year olds.
