Rose Bowl Tour Stop???

Post by Left Seater »

LAX, Jimmy, others?

We are in town from 1/1/06 thru 1/6/06. I am sure we can find a time to down a few cold ones. Any suggestions on where we should stay? Is the parade worth the time? How crappy are corner endzone seats on row 50?

I will be at the Rose Bowl from about 8am on...game is set for 5:30. Don't know any other plans just yet, but pretty sure we'll have an RV and all of the other trappings for this one.

You may be sitting next to me at this one...I will know my seat location next week. Here is the seating chart for the Rose Bowl...row 50 isn't terrible, it goes up to 77.

Expect a nightmare of epic proportions when the game is over. The one major drawback to the Rose Bowl is the parking. I don't think I'll get home until 2am that day.

Looking forward to it all. I will drop you a PM with the cell phone prior to our departure from Houston.

No chance Lax makes it to the game unless someone gets him a ticket. I know greg is looking for one. I'm off that week so maybe a round of golf?

Dude, you do 3 games in 3 states and you can't get to a game in your own county? What the Rose bowl to easy? o challenge in it for you?
They won't let you do the broadcast?

She's over it Nolsey....a few doses of the Lax love machine and she's good. You know, make dinner a couple of night, send some roses, pick up the dog crap etc.....
I'd love to go to the game but I'm not going to actively pursue it. Now if someone says....hey, I've got an extra ducket then I'm probably all over it. Granted if I sit next to Jimmy I'm going to make band dude look like a great guy......

 rack the band tard references

The prices for this game are just stupid-crazy. Right now the shitty seats are going for 900 per. I got lucky and had two allocated to me via the USC lottery at face value.

At 900 per ticket, I'd be watching it at home in hi def, no doubt.

True dat! Don't forget what green/fairway you parked on! Finding your car will be a BITCH!! Especially after a beer or 10.

900 bucks to watch SC ass rape the horns. No thanks. I'll be at home with the option of changing the channel around half time.

The Night before The Parade is what it's all about. Those people are just too hung over to move when they wake up in the streets the next morning.

Hell Jimmy may be so drunk that he ends up at the coliseum trying to watch the game....and he'll probably see a good one.
