Haven't run into a Michigan fan yet that hasn't boasted about the basketball team and how they're shoo-ins for the tourney...A 7-0 start against nothing but cupcakes and they're already calling for the tournament? Bwahaha, that's how you know your program has been at the bottom of the toilet for quite some time.

Being a Michigan fan and a season ticket holder, i haven't met a SINGLE Michigan fan who thinks that we are shoo-ins for the tournament.

But, I also think that this is a class issue, I hang out with people who know sports, and being a Spartan fan, you probably don't.

7-0 is a nice start, I think most Michigan fans will wait until the UCLA game before we get interested and the Big Ten season before we get excited.
Those who stay will be champions.

if Tommy doesn't "break through" this year....like he was supposed to last after the NIT in 2003.....i'd be a little iffy.

surfing the K pedigree is running on fumes at best....with Snyder taking the gas pipe and Brey kind of middling out. Bender guy at UW, what's he doing?

Well all you can do is play the schedule. UM is 7-0 and all it means is that they're 13 wins away from tourney shoo-ins. I like what I've seen from them though. I like the way they're blowing out the teams that they should, a departure from years past.

FUCK STATE!

"All you can do is SCHEDULE some teams."

FTFY.

Why is 7-0 so great? (I thought the Miami and ND wins were fairly decent) if they're all mostly teams with rpi's around 40-70? If all you're doing is looking for that magic 20 wins, why not shedule
12 Coppin States!?

Jeesus, um fan!

Yeah, lets just play NO ONE, just so we can get in the dance.

For ONE game!

I don't know if I'll recover from that one.
