Oregon to cover 3 vs. Oklahoma

Absolute money in the bank.

South Carolina -4.5 vs. Missouri. Spurrier would have the edge with less than ten minutes to prepare a game plan, much less a month.

S. Florida +6 vs. NC State.

Hell no, that game is a total toss-up

The real money is Texas to cover, the psudo-gamblers in the west coast are going to drive up the spread

Texas might cover all right...

...if those "pseudo-gamblers in the west coast" manage to drive the spread up...to thirty.

Texas might...

Van, you need some fresh minnows. The current bait has grown quite stale.

yer probably right....but Pinkel and Mizzou are so schizo, i'd stay away.

i do think there is money to be made by betting against every Big 12 team.

except maybe Tech, playing Bama is kind of a lucky break. if Bama played Michigan or Oregon at a neutral site, who do you think would be favored?

Texas will cover for about 1 1/2 quarters then the big question will be how many points over 50 SC scores.

the game will not require a placekicker. the ball carriers will be given running starts and then handed the ball by officials, and defenders won't be encouraged to waylay them...in fact, they won't be welcome at the Camembert table if they aren't nice.

Nebraksa +12 is your best bowl bet. Iowa +4 is one of the best bets. USC -7 is a good one too. Georgia - 8 1/2, Auburn -10 1/2, and UCLA -3 1/2 are also solid picks.

Yeah, we all know how well you did the last time you threw some of your picks up here.

I do pretty good against the spread. Bad weeks happen. Ball bounces funny sometimes.

Didn't Mercury Morris do some time in prison for drugs? I would think he has bigger issues than this.

If, on the other hand, he's conquered those personal demons, more power to him.
