Ottawa is ridiculous
It's theirs to lose.
Well I hate to agree with some of Hap's rants(BTW where is he?) this is all fine and good, but it's the playoffs that matter now.
Can Hasek stand up to the eventual pounding that the playoffs bring? Are the rules still gonna be called the same way?
I like what I see of course but as a Sens fan my heart has been ripped too many times for me to book parade ticks...you know Hap, the Sens cup parade down Younge st...

Hap went into hiding as soon as the writ was dropped for the election. My guess is he couldn't handle 2 months of seeing the Liberals beating out the Conservatives on a daily basis.stealth wrote:Well I hate to agree with some of Hap's rants(BTW where is he?) this is all fine and good, but it's the playoffs that matter now.
I expect he'll show up at some point in time after the Liberals have won and claim it never happened.
But you're right, it's all about the playoffs.
Ottawa's got a sick team.. but there's still a lot of hockey left to be played and you have to wonder if by the spring, how many of those nagging injuries will take their toll.
My guess is he goes down with a spring time groin injury. The rules are called the same way.Can Hasek stand up to the eventual pounding that the playoffs bring? Are the rules still gonna be called the same way?
Can you bring back Lalime?I like what I see of course but as a Sens fan my heart has been ripped too many times for me to book parade ticks...you know Hap, the Sens cup parade down Younge st...
Please?
Sin, Leaf fan.
:(
Sorry for the Hijack of this thread but want to get this out....
I don't want to start the same lame political back and forth on this forum...just wanted to show my politics and my stand against a socialist, Big Brother, we know best mentality type of Gov't...
nuf said now back to the Sens:.......
Well you may like to know that politics is one thing Hap and I have in common, well that and wanting to kick a corrupt tax loving band of criminals out of gov't...Otis wrote:

It's possible.
If there wasn't an Olympics this year, I'd say definitely yes. We'll see what the trip over to Italy does to him. Emery has been an excellent backup. If the Sens clinch home ice early...they can rest Hasek before the playoffs.

Flyers played an incredibly strong 1st period and 1/2 of a 2nd before letting Ottawa back into the game. I really like Niny in net.Shoalzie wrote:jiminphilly wrote:They'll lose tonight to the Flyers.
You're a psychic...3-0 Flyers after one. Get use to this matchup...they'll meet in the Eastern Finals.
Ottawa is damn good though. They can score quickly, just like the Flyers.
