The whole topic was ID and I stated that humans were trying to put god in our school system (which is government owned) and it is considered not related.

Don't overlook that animals are really self aware. Just in varying degrees.

It was on topic. The issue of ID is about humans being fallible and anything they create based on their belief of god (ID, the new "hip" designer trend), should be kept out of government. Religion is a philosophy not fact. It can create ideas for how to run the government, but worshipping a single individual does nothing for a society based on food, health insurance, waste management, law enforcment, OR EDUCATION, needs!
