tOSU Senior Class….

Post by FLW Buckeye »

43 wins. 3-1 vs. Michigan. 4-0 in Bowl games (3-0 in BCS games). 1 National Championship.

Hope to see many more classes with these credentials.

Props to the Seniors and...

Definitely a nice run.

I'm sure that USC fan will stroll by to say otherwise. :D

Oh no, not in the least. There's no way to say otherwise. Buckeye Fan got great production out of the Class Of 2005.

Not quite USC's Class Of 2005 production, true, but fantastic production nonetheless.

Buckeye Nation just has to be kicking themselves over the John Cooper years. Still, they're back at/near the top again now though so all is well.

^^^^Rack.

Tressel brought some major league class to a program in a death spiral. Needless to say, the sweater-vested warrior had a major hand in cleaning things up. There were problems, such as the Clarett issue. After this weekend, both on and off the field, there shouldn't be any doubt about the way things are.

I felt horrible for Bobby Carpenter all day. He reminded me of a guy all dressed up for his prom and his date stiffs him. There he is in full pads, wrist bands, gloves, to whole works, without much of a chance to play. Rooting on the team, getting the fans into the game, sending out signals to the defense, first one to congratulate them as they come off the field, basically being as much of a help as possible to his team. He epitomizes the character and class of this senior group that's still around. Props to him and props to this Buckeye class

Carpenter is awesome. I am glad they let him suit up as if he was playing. That guy is a badass and it sucks that he had to miss the two biggest games of his senior year.
