Actually he hasn't, and with your own help thats been proved in this very thread. If we ignore reality and go by YOUR definition of throwing players under the bus then yes, Bob Knight has done that. So has Billy Gillespie and EVERY coach in divison I hoops.
I know you don't feel like doing any research on this subject but seriously just answer one question. Do you not see a difference between the posted quotes from BK, Gillespie and Davis???

Never heard that one, and I highly doubt it mainly because both those guys came in when Knight was still the coach. Granted as an assistant Davis could have done things behind Knight's back but I'm skeptical Knight wouldn't have known something was up.
I'm not going to "out" my own program but again, I've heard grumblings of shady Davis tactics myself.
