2004 ALCS, Game 4: NY 4 @ BOS 6
With the Red Sox three outs away from being swept in the ALCS, Bill Mueller drove home the tying run in the ninth, and David Ortiz hit his second walk-off homer of the postseason with a two-run jack in the 12th

2004 ALCS, Game 5: NY 4 @ BOS 5
David Ortiz's single in the bottom of the 14th inning gave the Red Sox the win and forced the ALCS back to New York.

2004 ALCS, Game 6: BOS 4 @ NY 2
A week after vowing to shut up 55,000 fans at Yankee Stadium, Curt Schilling delivered on his promise in Game 6 with seven vintage innings to leave the Red Sox on the doorstep of baseball's most incredible comeback.

2004 ALCS, Game 7: BOS 10 @ NY 3
Johnny Damon came alive, cracking a grand slam and a two-run homer to pace a decisive win that put the Red Sox in the World Series for the first time since 1986.

2004 World Series, Game 1: Cardinals 9 @ Red Sox 11
David Ortiz got Boston off to a red-hot start, rocking a three-run homer in the first. After the Cards rallied, it was Mark Bellhorn who put the Red Sox ahead to stay in the highest-scoring Game 1 in World Series history.

2004 World Series, Game 2: Cardinals 2 @ Red Sox 6
Bleeding from his surgically repaired ankle, Curt Schilling turned in another gritty effort with six superb innings, while Jason Varitek, Mark Bellhorn and Orlando Cabrera each supplied a pair of two-out RBIs

2004 World Series, Game 3: Red Sox 4 @ Cardinals 1
The Red Sox got a vintage outing from Pedro Martinez as he allowed just three hits and fanned six over seven innings, and Manny Ramirez ripped a solo homer in the first and added an RBI single in the fifth.

2004 World Series, Game 4: Red Sox 3 @ Cardinals 0
About Johnny Damon homered to lead off Game 4, and Derek Lowe took care of the rest. Lowe hurled seven shutout frames as the Sox captured their first World Series title since 1918 with a 3-0 win over St. Louis.

Last time I checked, the Red Sox had the biggest fan base of any other team in the league.

Ever watch a game when they play in Tampa, Seattle, Kansas City, NY, Baltimore, Toronto, etc?

Ohh, I've been to the Trop for Yankees and Red Sox games I can say there are more fans but I swear those are transplant. I hate the Yankees but never had a problem w/ the Red Sox until I had them jammed down by my throat by the 4 letter and every fucking publication for the past year and a half.

The Sox are just giving their new theme song for the 2006 season a test run...

They'll be playing it during every 7th inning stretch at Fenway this season while highlights of the '04 year are flashed on the board.
Todd,
That is more a NY Movie than a Boston movie..

Barbra Streisand belongs more in NY than she does in Boston!
Robert Redford (as Roy Hobbs in "The Natural") played for a NY team!
That movie was made last millenium, The Yankees last won a World Series, last millenium...

to choose a Red Sox movie, it must be something that was succesful in the last 2 years!!
