Yeh, he should be tried for treason over this type of shit. You can't control the Middle East, you can only nuke them and that isn't going to solve our problems.

I say hang em!
I fucking suck.

O'Falafel's right, though. America shouldn't even bother going after bin Laden, after that latest video he appeared in wearing a spinning bow tie with a Billy Bass on the wall of his cave.

Summary: Bill O'Reilly suggested that the United States "hand over everything to the Iraqis as fast as humanly possible" because "[t]here are so many nuts in the country -- so many crazies -- that we can't control them." O'Reilly has previously called those advocating immediate withdrawal from Iraq "pinheads" and compared them to Hitler appeasers.

And he's right on both counts, so fucking what?

By the way, we are handing over everything as fast as humanly possible, and you are a bunch of pinhead appeasers.

In the world right now we've got Muslims...

* Rioting and going apeshit over cartoons

* Threatening to "take down" Britain because of perceived anti-Islamic symbols on McDonald's ice cream cones

* Blowing up jets, buildings, cars, Russian school gymnasiums packed with children, trains, discos, ETC.

* Asking Imams for advice on...
- how to purify oneself after a tinkle
- what to do when licked by a doggie
- whether to help non-Muslim tsunami victims
- etc.

And it's unreasonable for O'Reilly to suggest that maybe we should let the religion of nutballs sort out their own problems?

Sounds good to me.

Split Iraq three ways, get the fukk out, and let the chips fall.

The crux of the problem:
What is the islamic understanding about democracy, Is there any place for it in islam?

The common form of democracy prevalent at the moment is representative democracy, in which the citizens do not exercise their right of legislating and issuing political decrees in person, but rather through representatives chosen by them. The constitution of a democratic country will be largely influenced by the needs and wants of its people. Thus, if its people want casinos, bars, gay marriages, prostitution, etc. then with sufficient public pressure, all these vices can be accommodated for. From this, it becomes simple to understand that there can never be scope for a democratic rule from the Islamic point of view.
