Charlotte got screwed. Should have been a double technical at the end of the game. Great ending though.
The hype, both pre and postgame for UNC- Duke was insane. I would wager that the national championship game will get less exposure than this game did. Totally ridiculous.
I think Ohio State deserves a #1 seed as much as Memphis, Villanova, Texas or Gonzaga.
I totally kick ass in pick 'em.
Kansas has never lost a game at Bramlage Coliseum........ever. I believe it has been 22 straight games or something. One of the more incredible streaks going.
When interested, Texas is damn good.
UCLA is playing pretty good ball right now.

Should have but DeAngelo also shot them out of the game at the end as well and I believe it was he who threw the elbows as well but not sure cause I turned the channel.Mook wrote:Charlotte got screwed. Should have been a double technical at the end of the game. Great ending though.
It was sickening and I am a closet Duke fan. No I am not a Cicero but I did grow up in North Carolina and absolutly hate with a flaming passion UNC.The hype, both pre and postgame for UNC- Duke was insane. I think tOSU deserves it as well.I think Ohio State deserves a #1 seed as much as Memphis, Villanova, Texas or Gonzaga.
I've said this before but what the hey... I really appreaciate shine conducting the Saturday pick 'em for us all but I really wish we had more choices each Saturday. I think I would be closer to you if that were the case. I don't know why but I have always had a knack for picking upsets correctly.I totally kick ass in pick 'em.
Kuck Fansas and their ass pirate official Hightower too.Kansas has never lost a game at Bramlage Coliseum........ever. I believe it has been 22 straight games or something. One of the more incredible streaks going.
TUCK FEXAS!!!When interested, Texas is damn good.
They have been playing in the Pac Ten. The only thing worse than Pac Ten football this year has been Pac Ten Basketball. For God's sake Arizona is the fourth seed in the conference tourny; Zona is horrible.UCLA is playing pretty good ball right now.

props Mook on the pick'em win. i think i figured straight up #2 (for the second time), since i aced Shoalzie on the ATM-Tech game. i doubled his picks and chose ATM, the other option was Cincinatti-WVU....which i would have won too.
though, i thought about swinging for the fences against yer picks. and i would have been +3, but not enough to win.

Just think if you had pulled Mayfield...MuchoBulls wrote:Charlotte had them beat. I think they can get GW in the A 10 tournament.
I'm just glad we finally won a game. Too many close ones to not get at least 1 W within conference. We should be much better next season.

That guy is a superintendent for a school district just outside of St. Louis. Think of all the kids getting expelled for no reason thanks to Hightowers hawk eyes.SunCoastSooner wrote: ass pirate official Hightower too.

He would have been nice to say the least. We'll get a couple of guys in April and we have our sigths set on some nice talent to sign in the fall.SunCoastSooner wrote:Just think if you had pulled Mayfield...

Injuries to the PG position hampered us all season. We had a walk on playing PG in arguably the best conference in the country. The guy maybe averaged a couple of points a game and he was very tentative early on in the season. He did improve as the season went along. If we had Howard playing PG all seaosn, then we win the majority of the 8 Big East games we lost by 7 points or less.

Some random thoughts of my own:
The MVC is a solid conference, but where is the love for the Colonial??? That is a 3 bid league, at least it should be.
IU fans get to have our cake and eat it to: a return trip to the NCAA's AND we get rid of Mike Davis!!!! I await the food poisoning from the cake we get to eat in the form of Alford as the next coach.
Ohio State deserves a #1 seed MORE than Memphis, Texas or Gonzaga.
George Washington deserves a 2 seed. When St. Joe's went thru the A-10 undefeated they got a 1 seed. I know St. Joe was undefeated overall but GW only has the 1 loss.
I can't help but laugh when Steve Lavin pimps Kennedy for the UC job. Much like when he threw accolades all over Mike Davis.
I have an NCAA sleeper team I'm hoping doesn't win their conference tournament so everyone jumps on their bandwagon, because right now they're flying under the radar.

Whatever team you choose to root for; now or ever, will never, ever have the hoops pedigee of UCLA. Never. Ever.
Deal with that, West Coast Hater.....

This century what do you think UCLA's chances would have been against OU until this season. Me thinks not very good. You can get pissy about opinions all you want. I have no grudge against UCLA I have no grudge against you or any other UCLA fan, I was just stating an opinion. Sorry but what I have seen from the Pac Ten this year is not impressive. UCLA is definatly the class of the conference IMHO but I also don't think that your conference schedule has exactly prepared you for what your going to see later this month in the tourney. UCLA is by far the most complete team in the Pac 10; Washington is pretty explosive offensivly but if they ever start playing defense hell is going to freeze over. Fact of the matter is that the Pac 10 is really weak this year and Zona still being able to finish fourth is a testament to this.
UCLA is playing good ball right now, there is no arguing that but I also like to keep the level of your copmpition in mind when considering just how good of ball it is being played.

Hard to argue with the truth. The Seer wrote: Whatever team you choose to root for; now or ever, will never, ever have the hoops pedigee thanks to Sam Gilbert of UCLA. Never. Ever.
