There was probably some kind of bias against Cristians, or religion.

Not too many gay bathhouses in rural Alabama, outside of those dudes' dorms, perhaps.

Maybe. Might be difficult to show that though, unless the churches they burned to get the investigators off the trail (yeah, that was a pretty brilliant strategy) were either white or black. It appears from the news accounts that they weren't targeting one or the other, either during the initial "joke" or during the "let's put them off the trail" idiocy.

Not that the FBI doesn't have evidence that they targeted Baptist churches. They may. A prosecutor could charge them with a hate crime, with enough evidence, regardless of whether the churches were black or white, I believe. 88 or Terry or Moving Sale would have to chime in on that one though.

Sounds good, as soon as you legalize drugs and remove age restrictions on alcohol (and stop defining driving with a politically incorrect BAC as DUI).

Quit penalizing society for the actions of sociopaths and go medival against those who are the problem.

If they can be legally shown to be guilty of a crime.

But we need to start with cops who lie under oath to 'get their man' and DAs who suborn such actions.

BTW, I think we are starting to deal in this thread with something close to the realm of social justice or ethics which may tangentialy touch on mores which possibly has something to do with religion.
