This weekend I was at a Bachelor Party for one of my college buddies in Chicago and 3 of us hopped into the cab on the way to the club. Our driver was of Middle Eastern descent, looked mean as hell and barely knew English.

Immediately we all 3 made eye contact and started making contingency plans. Once we got out we all admitted that at one point the thought of him crashing his cab into a building, filled w/ explosives crossed all of our minds.

I meant that I dont spout my beliefs to people outside the board during my daily life. Its obvious here that I speak my mind, but thats what you are supposed to do on a message board.

Really, the only time I engage in political convo outside of the board is at the Young Republicans of Tampa meetings and some buddies of mine there. Most of my HS friends who went to prep school w/ me went to schools in the NE and are very Liberal. We went to get together on Holidays, the Libs outway the Reps by 8-2, so it isnt a fair fight. On here at least I can have some what candid convo and get backed up on some things and yet still hear the other side of the story.

Actually Slinger, I graduated 3 years ago. Soo, I have a good job and to even apply for my position, you had to have no less than a college degree.

As a matter of fact, I know two fraternity brothers of mine who were complete slackasses and yet make more money than me b/c who there dad is. Is it unfair, maybe, but I am still going to work my ass off so I can possibly do the same for my kids in 25 years or so.

Succeeding in life is all about "who knows you", so if you have connections you better use them, b/c if not, I will to get ahead.
