Reminds me of this old couple that lived a couple of houses down the street from me when I was a kid. They were strict about no one ever walks on the lawn and they would sit on their porch when we would all be out playing football or baseball and would go absolute ape shit if once in a while we had to go 2-3 feet into their lawn to get our ball.

I've killed squirrels for less. If I ever see one of those bastards trying to bury something in my pristine zoysia I will shoot the fucker and leave his head skewered on a tomato stake to warn all others. Other varmint deterrence includes:
--raping Robins. I need those humus creating earthworms, fuckers.
--belittling grubworms to think they they will grow into inferior beetles.
--putting out dishes with beer in them for slugs. Advertising the beer with pictures of sexy slugs in my mulch and hastas.
--taking a bic-and-aerosol-can torch to aphids.

You don't kill a kid for taking a shortcut through your yard. You make it harder for the kids to take said shortcut.

The kid was trespassing and not only that he was doing so in a deliberate attempt to antagonize the property owner.

This so called "fact" was never established. True, there may have been a history between the two parties, but for all we know the kid maybe took a few steps on the grass. There is nothing whatsoever antagonistic about this. Your parameters on what constitutes antagonizm are skewed to the side of batshit insane mvscooch.

As far as I'm concerned, it's no different than dumping a bucket of chum over your head and leaping into the middle of a feeding frenzy.

Proof of mvscunts' insanity number two...he compares dumping fishguts on one's head to walking on grass. Piss poor analogy boy.

The bottom line remains the simple fact that this kid is dead because he was an asshole and assholes getting killed while being assholes makes me laugh. I have no sympathy for him, his family or his friends. The odds are better than even that they're assholes too.

Proof of insanity number three...being an asshole, even a hamrless one...hell, in this case, especially a harmless one, merits death. Well gee you dickless wonder, I suppose that means everyone on this board, especially you deserves to die, as we are all a-holes every once in awhile. The kid was in complete control of the circumstances that led to his death.

My clinical diagnosis of the old guy is that he is 'batshit crazy' and there's a good chance he will be found not guilty by reason of insanity.

Ya ever notice the insanity defense is seldom used sucessfully any more??

Very few get off, walk or any thing like that. They may get held over, placed in the looney hospital, evaluated and when found sane, tried convicted and sent down for the needle.

There was a dude up here who tried that, the judge told him and his ass clown lawyer to go fuck themselves, and get ready to go to trial.

Dude pled guilty to ag murder, 4 counts and got life with out parole, and saved himself from the needle. Shame.

I'm thinking that the circumstances and the guys life, are probably going to show him to be as sane as anybody, he's going down for ag murder 1, total premeditation. Deserves it to.
