Phil Baloney's biggest problem has always been that he throws haymakers for a few minutes and then gasses out, a common problem for the body builder types.
His workouts sound pretty brutal, even for a guy like Rayduh who can leap over trains and deadlift ocean liners, so maybe Baloney is finally solving the cardio problem.
But man, all of those supplements can't be good for the heart and liver.
