He's actualy perfect for Steve Smith. Keyshawn is a possesion reciever and Smith is a deep ball catching big play threat. They should go together well.

I really don't think it was Parcell's call. My guess is The Tuna is retiring after this year. I doubt he put up much of a fight with Jerry on this because if Parcells wants to go out on top he knows that for 1 year he might get TO at his absolute best, on and off the field. What happens beyond that won't matter because Parcells won't be there.
