At least the resistance is consistant. He's just another dumbfuck, Neo-Liberal shitbag.
The important thing, is that he was American. I won't loose sight of that.

Why don’t you just STFU.
Bottom line, he was a good man trying to help. Compare him to such heinous criminals as Rumsfeld, Cheney, and the hordes of bloodsoaked "contractors" currently engaged in the Mother Of All Quagmires, and you'll realize just how America's reputation has been all-but destroyed--despite the pathetic Fake News being spewed by the pentagon, etc.

No, he was a Neo-Liberal interloper, who got what he richly deserved.LTS TRN 2 wrote:Bottom line, he was a good man trying to help.
Right now, he's discussing foreign policy with 2300+ other Imperialist vermin.
Go home.

Tom was there to help, not harm.He was an idiot for being in a place where he wasn't needed, wasn't wanted, and had a good chance of getting his ass blown away. Not saying he deserved what he got, but geez how fucking stupid can you get?
Anywho; I doubt if any of you P_Ughs are qualified to comment on conviction; and as for the good soul being stupid, at least he didn't vote to elect the horrid Bu$h Corp Despots ->TWICE.
Am I wrong...God, I hope so.

I did not comment on conviction. His heart was in the right place, but his common sense took a definite leave of absense. If you step in front if a bullet you're bound to get shot. If this was his intention, then I guess he wasn't stupid but remarkably successful.

All pacifists should be killed. Those people are too stupid to live.

According to your mental masterbaition, such must also pertain to anyone who claims to be there to help, including your very own self_serving po$ers?mv wrote:

Rack BSmack for getting it.
Tom was an example of a true Christian ('sup Dins)
He did not murder by bomb nor gun.
He selflessly forfeited his mortal life while trying to help other humans cope in a very unfortunate ungodly sitch.
My hope is that Tom was enveloped well within Gods grace during his horrid ordeal...I know that he is with God now.
As always, God will have the last word on this subject.
And;
It would be choice to listen in on some of the pathetic yammerings which will be coming outta some of your heathen fucfaces when you are asked to answer for your takes concerning this REAL Christian. .

If he's inclined to look for some relief work, I'd be happy to relieve myself in his general direction.Martyred wrote:Are you recommending mvscal do some relief work?Mikey wrote:mvscal wrote: Life goes on...you don't.

For you, perhaps. :(mv wrote:

I love how you die-hard conservatives not only hate the liberals, you wish their death and rejoice if it's in a painful way.
I had plenty of that exposure when I lived in California and some stupid hippie chick lived in a tree for 18 months to protest logging, but I don't think death crossed my mind. Wishing she'd shut the fuck up? Sure. Death? No.
I hear the God Hates America church needs some new members...

Canadian hostages Loney and Sooden and British man freed in Iraq
LONDON (CP) - Two Canadian aid workers and a British colleague were freed during a military operation on Thursday, four months after they and an American were grabbed by gunmen in Baghdad.

Were the Americans involved?

Obviously not. Otherwise it would have been reported by the Pentagon that the hostages were rescued in a blazing gun battle.tough love wrote:Canadian hostages Loney and Sooden and British man freed in Iraq

Actually, no. She ended up reaching a compromise with the logging company (She bought the stupid tree that she named "luna" (I think that was the name) and came down safely 18 months or so after she went up. She was lowered down by a rope (I remember seeing the news report) and hugged the tree and bawled like a baby. I still have one of the articles. What sad is that I saw her on Politically Incorrect a few years later and she looked kind of hot. (sigh) What a waste...

too bad they aren't US citizens......that kind of throws a monkey wrench into the works....mvscal wrote:They went to Iraq to act as human shields. That falls under providing aid and comfort to our enemies.
but take comfort in the fact that the one resident of the US was executed.....
get out, get out while there's still time
I'm sure Canada and Britain have similiar treason laws on the books. It's not a new concept. Not that they'd actually be charged w/ it.Felix wrote:too bad they aren't US citizens......that kind of throws a monkey wrench into the works....mvscal wrote:They went to Iraq to act as human shields. Yep. You can see images of her, but most are not as flattering as when I saw her on PI that night.Diego in Seattle wrote:Wasn't she the one who went by the name "Julia Butterfly?"At Large wrote:Actually, no.
