A 34-year-old teacher from the Brandywine School District has been charged with having a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old student.

Rachel L. Holt, a science teacher at Claymont Elementary School, allegedly had sex with the boy 28 times during one week in March, according to New Castle County police spokesman Cpl. Trinidad Navarro.

Holt, who lives in Palladin Club Apartments in Fox Point, has been charged with 21 counts of first degree rape, two counts of providing alcohol to a minor and one count of unlawfully dealing with a minor.

I makes jokes about the Debra Lefreve inccident- but yes Risa- it is all wrong. Any way you slice it- it is child molestation. Sick fuckin' people. My brother teaches 5th- so he probably knew the kid since he was in his grade last year. Unreal..

First off, are teachers having sex with students the trend nowadays? Must be.
A few years back all summer long we heard about shark attacks everyday in the news. Now it's teachers having sex with students.

Secondly, is it just me that finds it humorous that there are several 13 and 14 year olds getting laid repeatedly while JTR can't get it once?

She didn't know it was the teacher's apartment. The teacher said she was the kid's girlfriend's mother.

Having said that, dad's girlfriend should not have been giving the kid permission for any sleepover.

Spoke to my brother.. apparently he & a few other teachers have been filing complaints about this woman for months to the administration- too friendly with students, walking arm in arm through the hallways, seen giving kids money at the mall, etc...

Going to look REAL bad for the administration now.
