Assistant CF track coach charged with rape
Volunteer girl's aide charged after seeking Vermont police job

A 24-year-old volunteer assistant girls' varsity track coach for Chenango Forks High School has been charged with having had sexual relations during spring of 2004 with a girl under the age of 15, according to the Broome County Sheriff's Office.

Daniel Lee Martin, of Route 369, Port Crane, was charged with second-degree rape and second-degree criminal sexual act, both felonies, according to detective Sgt. Patrick A. Isenburg of the Broome County Sheriff's Office.


The investigation started two weeks ago after Vermont State Police made authorities aware of answers Martin made during a polygraph test routinely required as part of a job application.

Martin is in the Broome County jail.

Athletic Director Richard Perkins declined comment.

Note to pedo's, don't apply for jobs that require a polygraph test or stop fucking minors.

Actually, it sounds as though the dumbfuck didn't want to cet gaught lying on the polygraph, so he answered yes when they asked if he'd ever molested a kid.
