I may have to turn off my celly to make sure I catch every bit of the action.
When the Badgers play, something grabs a hold of me tightly
and flows like a harpoon daily and nightly.
My home buddy, Ronnie, is bringing over a box of wine.
When the Badgers score their first goal, we will rock the house like vandal and wax a chump like a candle (LOL!)

I'm looking most forward to the Luke Cummo vs Jason Von Flue fight on Thursday.
I'm also looking forward to watching Tito Ortiz and Ken Shamrock nearly come to blows every week on TUF3. TUF1 - Randy and Chuck were very cordial and respectful of each other. TUF2 - Matt and Rich are good freinds. TUF3 - Tito and Ken despise each other. Hopefully their circus doesn't totally detract from the fighters but it's an interesting spin.

The Badgers righted their ship just in time, but North Dakota looked awfully good in the regionals.

That's the one I want to see as well, but the fukkers might not air it. I think the main card is as follows:I'm looking most forward to the Luke Cummo vs Jason Von Flue fight on Thursday.
Bonnar v. Jardine
Evans v. Sam Hoger (who gives a fukk about this one?)
Stevenson v. Josh Neer
Leban the Toe Stomper v. Luigi Fioravanti (who?)
That leaves Cummo - Von Flue as a dark match unless some of the other stiffs get quick victories (fingers crossed).
I love watching Bonnar as he takes ridiculous chances and has a good chin, but Jardine will be a tough fight.
I'm also looking forward to watching Shammy melt down and do his roid rage bit in front of the cameras - "I WILL BEAT YOU TO A LIVING DEATH!" (huh?)
When the UFC has its own reality show, how could anybody sit around watching a bunch of emaciated, treacherous fukkers gather coconuts on "Survivor?" When I think of shows like American Idol, Trump, Big Brother, etc., my predominating thought has always been that I wished the contestants would simply beat each other to death. The UFC came along and scratched that itch.
And for that matter, how played is pro wrassling? Muscle-bound slobs hitting each other with steel chairs? Skanky-looking shemales trying to keep their silicone tits from exploding? The last time I checked, it looked like a combo of bad trailerpark porn and the Jerry Springer Show. Saddest of all is that people take their kids to see it like it's the Shrine Circus. Ponderous.
--------
As for the Badgers, they wore me out in that last game against Cornell. I'm not a huge fan of defensive style hockey, especially when you have some firepower on offense, but if they get a lead they'll be tough to beat. Hopefully they'll play with aggressiveness and take the whole thing.
And did I hear right that BILL HOWARD is the goalie coach? Did he take a hiatus for a while? This guy has got to be one of the greatest goalie coaches of all time.
GO BADGERS!

When you look at the goalies he's developed over the years it would be fitting for the UW to build a statue of the guy. Put it up near Abe or out in front of the Shell.
I thought it was funny as hail in the last game where after the Cornell goalie made about his 50th save in a 0-0 tie, the crowd started pointing at him and chanting SIEVE, SIEVE...

IS THIS NOT THE BIG SCOREBOARD?

BC was the 11th rated team in the tournament, the three seed in their regional, and they’re the best team left? They will not get past UND.Screw_Michigan wrote:i'm going with the badgers and bc in the final. no dak did look good at the regional, but those were home games and i think bc is arguably the best team remaining.
