He's a UFA in the offseason, who will be foolish enough to pick him up? He's not like Ron Artest or Terrell Owens where you can have them on the team and they're talented enough to be major contributors but you have to put up with the other crap on the side. With Avery, he's a 4th line guy with decent speed and no guts and he's got that disruptive attitude. I can't see him fitting in anywhere until he shapes up. The NHL has no place for no-talent malcontents...especially in the age of the cap. Would you waste $1 million on him when you can put that money to better use on someone else. He can easily be replaced by the Kings. Good for them on putting their foot down with him...too little, too late though.
