There are bigger issues Jesse could be taking care of, than this. She shouldn't have the rest of her tuition paid. I'm sure there are more worthy candidates -- on that very campus -- who need tuition help.

Just a side note...

DNA is not required to prosecute a rape case, no matter what "CSI" would have you believe. After all, they did it all the time before DNA analysis was available.

There are ways to rape a person without leaving DNA. Any rapist who believes in safe sex would use a condom anyway.

So you're correct, you don't need DNA to prosecute a rape case. But the odds you're putting the right guy behind bars are severely hampered without it.
