Ryan Reynolds...

Post by the_ouskull »

...was named OU's starting linebacker recently... and he tore his ACL the day he was named such.

He's out for six months. He, and his parents, are, however, pretty upbeat about it. They're looking forward to all of the film room time and rehab already...

Good thing we've still got Rufus, eh? Anyway, I thought that some Sooner (and Tejas) fans would want to know.

Didn't this happen a couple of days ago?

If there is a position we are going to lose somebody to injury redshirt...

That's exactly when it happened... and Stoops had told him that same afternoon that he was going to be the starter.

Fcuk.

I'd talk more now, but I'm kinda down on the fact that I just spent all night hitting on what would have been the perfect woman for me... 28, Irish, big boobs, cool as hell, smart as a whip, for whatever reason, into ME, and, sadly, as I found out AFTER she drug me outside to shove her tongue down my throat, married...

Figures... I gotta get out of this bar life.

i had that experience with an Italian girl, Lisa DeLuca. married to some asshat. in the Godfather, there's the dialogue with Michael in Sicily: "Women in Sicily are more dangerous than shotguns".

my sympathies.

It gets weirder. I slept through a missed call from her this morning.

Absolutely 0% chance I'm calling her back. I need this drama like I need a limp dick at an orgy.

There's a chance that Reynolds could be back this season, but it's a pretty slim one, and I'm not sure I'd want to see us burn a redshirt year of his just to get us more depth at LB.

Thoughts?
