Due to my subscription to MLB TV, I see a lot of American adverts. It's non-stop White people trying to be Black while they cram fried products into their plastic maws or lumber about in their I'm-Scared-Of The-World-So-I-Cower-Behind-This-Risably-Gargantuan-Metal-Rectangle vehicles.

Be honest, chaps. You hate Black people because you want to be them. Racism is self-loathing disguised as arrogance. Everything from America of cultural value cherished by the rest of the world these days is created by Blacks.

Many of us (kids and teachers) in our rural school district have noticed that just as many of the white kids have glommed onto hip-hop culture, that the black and Puerto Rican students have started glomming onto another ethnic/cultural area: the Sopranos.

Gotta tell you - it's damned weird hearing rural, upstate NY black and Hispanic kids trying to talk pidgen Italian (actually Sicilian) and NYC/NJ-styled English. I've even been hit up by some of the kids to help them pronounce some of the words they heard on the show.

At least they no longer say 'cappy ham' or "cappy-cola' and instead ask for "gob-a-gool."

I'm just waiting for some of those kids to bust out Sinatra or Dean Martin tunes as they're walking down the hallways.

What is up with this Geico Caveman commercial? The one that has the announcer/host claiming "It's so easy, even a caveman could do it"...cut to the restaraunt with two cavemen expressing their disgust.
