Coachella: a review

Fuck Madonna. She is a piece of shit. 6 songs inside a tent. she was 30 minutes late and whoever decided to put her in a tent was a moron. there was nearly a riot over there where she performed.

Tool was awesome. they rocked the event and their new stuff sounded impressive. Maynard was a man of few words but the music spoke for itself.

Eagles of Death Metal put on the best set IMO. GREAT sound.

Matisyahu was cool. He looked like he was having a good time and his backing band rocked.

Kanye West got fucked. He only got a 30 minute set! But he made those 30 minutes count. And no he didnt say that GW hates black people!

Digable Planets were good despite the lack of crowd energy. Lame crowd and you could tell it pissed them off.

beer was $7. food was up to $20. The space was cramped due to more people and more space being used for campers and trailors.

I still had a blast and hope next year they take care of the space problem and never invite Madonna back.

As expected, I've read all over that T00L rocked...but I've heard that Daft Punk kicked the most assholio at the festivus. Did you catch 'em?

I caught 30 minutes of them before going to see gnarles Barkley.

They were great. the fans were really into it and they looked really happy to be up there.

NO. :x My whiny friends wanted to leave. and since I did not drive I kinda had no choice.

I could hear them from the parking lot and they sounded great.
