I'll be slow grilling some tri tips, Santa Maria style, when we go camping on San Clemente Island in a couple of weeks.

Looks good. Is the grate height adjustable on that?
Let me guess, the birds and burgers are for the family and the sausage is just for you.

Yeah, the grill is supposed to have 4 or 5 height levels. Also some kind of "side wings" to keep stuff warm but not over the fire.

Yeah, I don't think it's a backpack item. More for car camping.
We'll have a trailer full of gear at our disposal while we're over there.
