people that do not greet you or return a "Good Morning!"

I work with some lady ( mid 40s- miserable as all hell). She never greets anyone.. She never replies to "Good Morning!" She constantly complains about everything.. She is a secretary, not in my chain but she works at the same place I do...

How do you respond to these people??

I just don't bother- fuck em.

My pet peeve is the people who don't thank you for holding the door. Going into the Wawa this morning- held the door for some woman to get through.. she looked at me and kept walking. I said "You're welcome" out loud and got a look. Made me want to throw my hot coffee on her when she was standing in front of me in line.

That same bitch will complain to her female friends/coworkers if you didn't hold the door for her to go in first.

when I do such random acts of kindness
(espcecially if it is a hot looking lady)
I usually say--

If I don't get a "thank you" for holding the door open I'll say "Anytime, sweetheart." The "sweetheart" usually pisses them off. If I don't get "good morning" response, usually go with some G-rated smartass comment. I'd love to drop a "fuckstick" on someone but the office environment here generally isn't conducive to cussing someone out.

Although I must say that I find Jacktown Smack and 88's ways to deal with bitches like this, quite delightful, to say the least - I usually don't let up. I throw on my best Karen Walker voice and ask "Oh, didn't you hear me honey?" Irritates the hell outta people.
