I see everyone voted for the Blocs Kyoto Bill but the cons hee hee hee

Harper says he's not bound by results of Kyoto vote , like wtf is that? He said he was not bound for the Afghan mission vote either, wtf is going on? Does he have no respect at all for the House? He is sounding like a dictator to me.

He's clearly shown that he has absolutely zero respect for the electorate decision made by Canadians or any interest in making this minority government work.
