Is he even in the US anymore?

I'm guessing he's more worried about keeping his ass out of prison than he is about making a big-league comeback.

Sammy is working out (ahem..) just like Barry Bonds did last year instead of playing, he is (ahem) working out and getting into better (ahem) shape.

Currently, he is in San Pedro de Macoris , Dominican Republic . Enjoying a good year off before he attempts another comeback.
