Alfonso Soriano - next year when he is a free agent. Otherwise, you're correct.

He isn't a second basemen. He can't field.. anywhere. I don't think you'll ever see him return to 2b because he doesn't have a clue on how to field the position and he's kinda shaky in LF as well. But you can hide players in the OF who can't play anywhere else.

True be told he should be playing DH.

And because he doesn't have a clue on how to play 2b I don't see he can be considered the best at that position.

Without opening the thread, I already knew who you were going to say...

With Soriano in the outfield, Utley probably becomes the best hitting 2B in baseball. There's kind of a new wave in 2B right now...Utley, Cano, Iguchi, Phillips, Castillo, Weeks, Uggla, Lopez. Utley is definitely one of the best young 2B in the game.

Well, if they didn't impose those pesky new "rules," we wouldn't even be having this discussion.

Sin,
Brett Boone and Jeff Kent

I caught one of Boone's home runs when he was in Seattle.

I was in Portland at the time.

Dyanaboone should write a book on how to lose weight quickly.
