I believe Microsoft sees what Google could be... and will utilize (errh Steal) some of this products design

and also Bill seems to be looking at Internet TV very strongly. WebTV came along too soon... look for Microsoft to capitalize on this....

Bill may "retire" but he will always have his hand and head in the company.....
