Incase anyone cares. It's not the prettiest site, but it looks complete and updated.

Luongo appears to be on his way out...
http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/sp ... 856556.htm
The article mentions the Kings, Canucks and Red Wings as being possible suitors. In my eyes, the Wings are only team that can offer the Panthers a quality young goalie in return...Jimmy Howard. If the Wings wait a couple years, he's probably their #1. If they do trade him, they still have Stefan Liv in the system, whom they just signed this spring and will be over in North America this fall for training camp. Who do the Kings or Canucks have to offer Florida that the Wings can't? I think they'd prefer to not trade Kronwall or Datsyuk but to get a guy like him and at his young age, I'd take a chance.
I've said my peace on Datsyuk. Zetterberg is the guy they need to build around. Keep Kronwall at all costs and find a way to move Datsyuk since he'll be a free agent next summer and he was a pain in the ass to sign this past offseason. He's pretty much the same headache as Fedorov was and he's not even accomplished what Fedorov had accomplished when he was flirting with Carolina and when he ultimately signed with Anaheim. Datsyuk is very talented but he'll never be the complete player Fedorov was. Zetterberg is closer to Fedorov than Datsyuk ever will be.
If the Wings can snag Luongo and lock him up longterm, all they'll need to do is re-sign their guys, pick up another gritty defenseman (McKee, Skrastins, Mitchell, Kubina) and maybe another forward (Langenbrunner, Parrish) and I think they'll be more than capable of contending next season.

Pisani is going to be one that generates some interest from other teams. That guy was cold-blooded in the playoffs.
Here's the Avalanche:
Unrestricted
Rob Blake, (III) - A lot of people seem to think he'll be back, I'm not so sure. I can see it going either way. He made the max this year, but he's not worth another year of taking up that much cap space. It will depend on how much he's asking. I don't think the organization will pony up if he wants the max, but someone else probably will.
Bob Boughner, (III) - Just announced he'll be coaching in the OHL
Brett Clark, (III) - Will likely be re-signed
Jim Dowd, (III) - Flip a coin. My guess is, he'll be playing elsewhere.
Paul Healey, (III) - career minor leaguer
Dan Hinote, (III) - Will likely be re-signed
Antti Laaksonen, (III) - Not sure, but I can see Colorado giving him a one year deal
Joe Sakic, (III) - Just reported that he signed a one year deal for less money. They had to do it. Sakic is the face of the franchise and had, if not exactly a spectacular season, a good one. Was one of the best players for the Avs in the playoffs too.
Karlis Skrastins, (III) - With Adam Foote gone, they need Skrastins. I'm hopeful that he'll be back, but the rumors are that the Avalanche could be interested in Chara, Redden or Jovanowski. If that's true, and if they get any one of those players, I can see them allowing Skrastins to walk to clear cap space.
Jeff Finger, (VI) - minors, no idea
Tom Lawson, (VI) - Colorado is overloaded with backup goaltenders. For better or worse, their hopes rest on Theodore, with Budaj or Kolesnik playing #2. Lawson is supposedly better than either of them, so maybe they both get sent to the minors and Lawson gets the #2 job.
Restricted
Peter Budaj, (II) - Either Budaj or Kolesnik will not be back. Flip a coin as to which one.
Vitaly Kolesnik, (II) - See above.
John-Michael Liles, (II) - Will likely be re-signed
Cody McCormick, (II) - They'll probably give him a one year deal.
Brett McLean, (II) - Will likely be re-signed
Kurt Sauer, (II) - If he gets another offer, they should let him take it. No great loss.
Tomas Slovak, (II) - minors
Marek Svatos, (II) - Probably another year to see if he can stay healthy and match what he did this year.
Alex Tanguay, (II) - I can't envision a scenario where Colorado doesn't re-sign Tanguay, but the fact that he seems to have never quite reached his potential puts him in an interesting position. He could be among the elite forwards in the league, but he can't quite seem to get over the hump from good to great. Still, he'll probably get a two or three year deal.
Ossi Vaananen, (II) - likely to be re-signed. Actually, I thought he was under contract already.
Other notables:
Patrice Brisebois and Pierre Turgeon could both be victims of buyouts. While the penalty against the cap stings a bit, neither would be a great loss. Colorado would be better off trying to find some youth and speed in their place. Brad May is another suspected buyout.
Depending on how much the Avalanche want to deal (as opposed to just signing free agents) I can envision a scenario where they shop Milan Hejduk. While other forwards in the league were flourishing under the new rules, Hejduk was mediocre. His Rocket Richard season seems to have been his peak and if they can pick up a speedy young winger in his place, it could work out well.
They desperately need speed and size at forward; one or two guys that are good puck handlers would not be amiss at all. Colorado is still playing dump and chase hockey, and the likes of Carolina, Edmonton and Buffalo showed that puck possession is going to be a critical part of the game going forward. Wolski could fit that role admirably if he develops into the player they hope he will. Defense has to be addressed as well, especially if Blake leaves. I won't hold my breath for Chara, but it's not outside the realm of possibility; he'd probably be my first choice of the available lot. Jay McKee would be a good pickup as well.
