first of all, it's "Lynyrd Skynyrd"

second of all, medleys are usually titled, "Medley: (song names here)"

for instance, on the Doors, "Absolutley Live!" there is a track titled, "Medley: Alabama Song(Whiskey Bar), Love Hides, Backdoor Man."
