Since prostitution is legal in NZ how can her department frown on her having a second job?

Unless they frown equally on cops who also run Bait & Tackle shops and who moonlight as tv repairmen it'd seem like there's little her employers could legally do to her without risking a nice wrongful discharge (errrr...) lawsuit...

There's quite a few agencies in the US that bar their officers from holding second jobs that are legal (main example: bouncers).
