When I was at Notre Dame, there was one dorm universally known as the "Gay Dorm." But nobody really knew why it was called that. I myself heard at least three different stories:
Two guys had been caught in the act in that dorm.
A former President of that dorm came out.
When ND first started up a Gay Rights Chapter, all of the original officers lived in that dorm.
Of course, all of these stories happened "years ago", according to the legend.

My wife passes that place every day on her way home from work (although she's off during the summer). Occasionally, she rides with her friend who lives down the street. She claims that on the way home, she often stops at Foxy's and harasses the men who walk in.
I keep telling her that one day it'll be her friend's boyfriend walking in while they're there.
