They played in San Diego last night and I didn't even know it until just now.

Michael McDonald is opening for them. He them comes out and plays the last half of their set with them.

He did a great set with bunch of Doobie songs.

Saw Michael McDonald last year at the Pala "Casino". Great band, great show, shitty-ass venue. It's like a banquet room with a bunch of chairs set up in rows. It's only a few miles from my house and probably the closest place to see any deece entertainment. But it sucks.

I've wanted to see Steely Dan for at least 30 years. Guess I'll have to wait a few more.
