I recently got someone's opinion on how to get Digital Camcorder to DVD transfers. They recommended I get a PCI Firewire card. Well, I got it in and tried recording last night. I used my Nero software that I have on my PC for my DVD burner to capture the video. A 1 hour video only got 33 minutes capured, however. It listed the total number of frames recorded and the number of frames skipped. So basically, half of the video was skipped on the transfer. Not what I'm wanting...
Anyhow, the PCI card came with a software called ULEAD Videostudio 8. I figure maybe this software is better for this type of thing than my Nero. When I went to install it, it prompted for a Serial Number. There is no Serial number in the stuff I received.
So, back in college, I used to go to IRC Chat and there was a "room" or "board" called #warez or something like that. From there, you could download software and they also had serial numbers of all kinds of software. Anything like this still exist today? I'm not looking to steal software. I just want to get a serial number for this software I already have bought. I've asked the guy I bought it from and he's no luck so far.
Thanks.
