So since I've had some uncomfortable infamy already this morning with subjects dealing with the nether region, it would seem only fair to shift focus to a much better topic...the Pink Taco.
Seems Harry Morton of Morton's Steakhouse fame, is insistant upon attaching the name of his latest food chain, The Pink Taco, onto the new Arizona Cardinal stadium. Phoneix media has been buzzing about this since yesterday. Morton insists that this is not a publicity stunt, and of couse it is, but a serious bid to gain naming rights on that big silver spectacle in Glendale.
But one might see the problem with say, when they roll back the roof, that it might be said they are "opening the Pink Taco".
I was always hoping that JCT would hit it big with his restaurant ideas. Someday, I'll be able to go to a ball park and see a sign promoting the "GUTTED YACK."
