Mog.com

Post by At Large »

I've been checking out Mog.com and have my own page there.

It's kind of a cool site to connect with music fans. You download this program called the Mog-O-Matic. It catalogs the folders that you tell it to and displays your collection on the page. You can click on any of the artist links and see who else is listening to them. You can then see other people's pages to see what they might be listening to that you might be interested in. When you play music, it keeps track and shows on your page what you just listened. It also keeps track of top songs of the week, month, etc. You can also comment on other people's pages or write your own entries that people can comment on.

Check it out...

Which is why that site might be good for you. Based on what I listened to so far, it's made suggestions on what other people with those interests are listening to. I made a few music discoveries that way.

I agree. I almost never come back here anymore because there is so much more going on there.
