Billy is fucked on this one, I would say. Passing on a solid double and taking someone out is vehicular manslaughter.

He got busted for DUI a month or so ago. If his BAC from this accident is over the limit, he's good as gone.

He couldn't have been visibly drunk or else they would have detained him, but he could have been drunk by the numbers. It'll take weeks to get those results.

people pull out in front of vehicles doing 55-60 daily. I'm suprised more people aren't killed in that area(melbourne beach to satellite beach).

i heard another drunk driver killed a local police officer, and they are now running dwi checks like mother fuckers, heard the worst are: satellite,melbourne beach,indian harbour police.

Lane is the guy who bragged about keeping a hammer tucked in his bike to settle disputes with unruly motorists.

His bikes were kinda cool I guess.
