5 minutes to review an obvious TD by UCLA against Rice, the receiver wasn't even close to stepping out of bounds before he caught the ball.
Took an eternity for the review to be done, they need to go the NFL route, if you can't figure it out in 60 seconds, you can't overturn it.
WTF takes so long for a video review?
