RACK it anyway, though.

BTW, I finally cracked the jar of "HOT" on Friday night, and it was hot.

BUT, I q'd three full racks of baby racks, and split them half and half between the HOT Brent's and some Mild Smokin' Joe's, my former favorite. Compared side by side, it was no contest. Even the kids preferred Brent's. That stuff is the richest, sweetest sauce I ever tasted. The OL can't handle the spiciness though. I'm gonna have to get some more of the "MILD" (relatively speaking).

Does she think the Mild is too spicy? I do put a small kick in the mild, but nothing that anyone has told me was too spicy. Even my mother in law likes the mild and she thinks mac 'n cheese is spicy...
