Miami Archdiocese apologizes to Foley

How come we never heard about this BEFORE Foley was caught sending and receiving sexually explicit instant messages to and from teens who had served as congressional pages??

How come Foley did not try to get help???

So, is it now less wrong for a Congressman to be sexually involved with a teenager because the Congressman was diddled on as a child??
