MNF

Post by War Wagon »

Hey Crackwagon fan, your team might want to try putting a blocker on Strahan or Arrington some, much.

Christ, and I picked Da' boys in this game? I guess they're only good when whipping up on some weak sisters like Houston or Tennessee.

Bleedsoe might get kilt tonite before the Tuna decides to put Romo in.

Either way, this won't be pretty.

Cool.

Let's make a game of it, shall we?

Bledsoe didn't score, btw.

But who cares?

Bledsoe never got in.

The Giants were idiots for not challenging.

After that INT, it looked like Parcells would rather be anywhere... other than standing on that sideline dealing with the soap opera that has become Da' Boyz.

Some serious dysfunction going on there, it's plain to see.

Holy hell, the Cowboys are just one giant clusterfuck at the QB position. One big fucking bowl of alphabet soup.

The Tulsa sports affiliate has Brad Sham and Charlie Waters on tonight. Almost in snyc with the ESPN telecast. 8)

Needless to say, tonight's been the most satisfying MNF experience this year, with the ESPN assholes muted. As it should be.

Btw, Romo in?

An OU fan who hates the Cowboys? I thought I was the only one. :D

Actually, I liked them throughout HS and college, when Tex Schramm owned the team. I've pretty much hated them since Mr. Botox took over. Fuck that asshole.

Michael Irving kept insisting on ESPN's Sunday NFL pregame show that it wasn't the Eagles who the class of the NFC East, but "who ever" was the winner of Monday night's game, on ESPN.

You sure, Irvin?

What a fucking moron. The sad part is Kornheiser and this asshole probably look to each other for "inspiration," when it comes to broadcasting.

Nice job, ESPN. You officially have two of the greatest artists of dumbfuckery in NFL history. I'm sure Steve Sabol is, at this moment, trying to make sure every utterance of those two mensas are captured for history's sake.

As bad as Romo was, I thought he was a definite step up from Bledsoe. He was given a bad hand to play last night, but there is potential to work with. Whereas with Bledsoe, you are stuck with a human tackling dummy.

Nice drop by Owens on the 4th down play

Now maybe I don't have to listen to all these so called "experts" calling Philly the best team in the NFC East. Way to go Giants.

Eagles had the Giants beat and shit the bed in the 2nd half b/c of shitty play calling and a stupid penalty. Philly is still the better team, IMO.

All that matters is who wins the game. Giants are 3-0 in the division with 2 of those wins on the road. I'd hardly call the Eagles better right now after seeing how both teams have been playing the last few weeks.

Ooooookay.

Actually, the fat man just ran the white flag up the pole. Season over....
The season was over the minute Bledsoe's name appeared on the top of the Cowboys depth chart. At least by starting Romo they have a chance to see if this kid is for real or not.

Romo needs to improve his decision making process. But at least he has the presence of mind to get the hell out of the way when a 300 lb guy is getting ready to unload on him.

No doubt this was a sad display of football on the Cowboys part. I have to rack the Gnats for getting the job done and whooping our asses. Our offensive line is all fucked up, and can't pick up a blitz to save their life. I was happy to see Romo go in. While he may not be a better quarterback than Bledsoe now, I still believe he gives the Boys the best chance to win. Especially against teams with a decent pass rush. I am not ready to concede the season, but I am ready for Romo to take over the reigns as QB. With a full week of practice as the No 1 QB, I think you will see a better performance against Carolina.

I was at that MNF game and I never realized just how bad the Cowboys offense is. There is a huge QB controversy in Dallas right now and both Bledsoe and Romo looked HORRIBLE! What was funny just about the very second Bledsoe took the field, fans were asking for his head and demanding they put Romo in. I laughed when he threw that interception on his very first play and that shut just about every one up for a while. Later on, he threw a few more INCs and INTs and made some "Bledsoe-esque" mistakes, but the fans sitting (or actually in Texas Stadiums case, standing) around us still thought he was going to be the next Troy Aikman and kept on encouraging him instead of booing him for doing the same mistakes that Bledsoe did! Gee, I wonder which fan base that sounds like?

TO for once didn't run his mouth, mainly because he too was making some stupid mistakes (i.e. dropping a perfect on-the-numbers pass) but that cancer is the least of the Cowboys' worries right now. I guess the fall of a TO laden team isn't the result of him for once.
