...not that anyone is worried

Quarterback Aaron Brooks practiced on Wednesday for the first time since injuring a pectoral muscle on September 17.

Is this really a topic, Mike ... ?

At any rate, quick response ......

Whatever QB Oakland goes with is gonna struggle behind the O-line, and following the 'gameplan' of Mr. Bed & B'fast.
I haven't heard a single Raider fan say that he's looking forward to '07 with A. Brooks under center.
So why go with him now .... ?
I see no reason.

Stick with the kid.
Let him learn, let him take his knocks, and hope he doesn't get hurt too bad.
If he shows that he's a playah then he ought to do better in '07 when the O-line has been upgraded ..... it will be, right ... ?
If Walter starts to flame very badly then shop around in the off-season for a QB.

Brooks ain't our guy.

As Grandpa Al has said numerous times: "The Greatness of the Raiders is in its future".

Brooks isn't the future.

....exactly, it's certainly no topic at this point...however, Brooks WAS getting all the kudos form Raiduh Nation coming in to the season. Concur about Walter, but as you say with that POS O-line, it's a tough go for the kid.
