Is Ipso's owned by the conservatives?

Is Ipso's owned by the conservatives? You look at the poll page Here at Politics Canada and the Ipso ones always seem to have conservative numbers a lot higher on a regular basis, compared to all the other polling companies.

Like even with the polls that came out this week regarding Afghanistan Ipso has it 54% support it while other polls over the last couple months show more people do not support it. The recent Global poll (usually Global loves the cons) had only 44% support for the Afghan mission.

It seems strange to me.

Take whatever they put out with a grain of salt..

They tend to word their polls like a Western Standard column...
