Nice ass kicking you laid on Saturday night. USC's offense was clicking and rack their OC (Kiffen or Sarkesian) for taking advantage of ND's safeties, especially after Ndukwe went out.
Championship teams make plays in the clutch. USC did, ND failed on all occasions.
This is by far Carroll's most impressive coaching job.

Never known ND Fan (any of 'em) to ever be anything but class...
...well, except for maybe Lax and the perpetual hatred he describes having for a bunch of perfectly upstanding kids who call a particular school in southern California "home"...

Thanks Killian. Classy post per usual.
What happened to Ndukwe? I must have missed the injury. I got an email during the game that the guy was being a dirty player, karma, etc., but I have no idea WTF my friend was talking about.

The announcers kept talking about a knee injury. I didn't see the play where he got hurt, though, as I was dealing with some real world shit that kept distracting me from the game.Jimmy Medalions wrote:What happened to Ndukwe? I must have missed the injury.

I have no idea what happend to him. Honestly, it wasn't a big loss. ND's safties blow. This is the first I've heard about Ndukwe being a dirty player. Zibby, now that's another story.
Next year in Notre Dame will be worse, and until their is an infusion of talent on the defensive side of the ball, ND will continue to have to play perfect on offense to win games.

Hey, like I said before, everyone has to have a passion. Some people have their families, jobs, wife, kids etc....mine is $C hatred :D...well, except for maybe Lax and the perpetual hatred he describes having for a bunch of perfectly upstanding kids who call a particular school in southern California "home"...
Seriously, that was an ass kicking. I'm wondering when ND is going to get a defense.
Tip #1: cover that real big guy who wears #8. He's very good.
Tip #2: When dropping back in coverage if you don't see anyone in front of you.....they're probably behind you so take a look.
Tip #3: Try and knock the ball out of the receivers hands
Tip #4: If none of those work just get back on the bus and go to the hotel because you're not doing anybody any good on the field being an oxygen thief.
Props to ALL $C fans except van because he made me feel bad
Your team deserves a championship game bid and after rolling over the Bruins you'll get it.
