Sox are clearly shooting for youth and chopping some $20m off the payroll.. could be a sign they are looking for a big trade elsewhere?

Yeah, it was a rumored deal early this morning, that is until the Houston Chronicle and their band of dipshit writers decided to leak it. Seems the ChiSox ownership decided to nix the idea since we wouldn't include our young pitcher Hirsh in the deal.

I'd rather have Pettitte back.

Apparently this deal is still on the front burner. Who knows WTF is going on.

Heard Lance Berkman on the morning show here this AM, and Pettitte is a great friend of his. He seems to think both Roger and Andy are headed back to NY for one more year. That is the suck.
