here's the deal,my niece gave me her old PC(Gateway PC 833/Essential) but i had to spend $50 bucks for a new memory(which was fried-she had a habit of downloading music, which caused the memory to go shot),plus i also shelled out $35 for a new power supply.
now my modem(which is standard) is 300 bps. should i get an analogue modem that allows me to connect online to the net. I recently signed up for Netscape's dialup service-even though i am tempted to try out Libcom's dialup service.
which analogue modem should i be looking at-TIA

Since I doubt you have the mechanical skills to open the box up, I suggest you get an external modem.
You shouldn't pay more than hundred bucks for it.
