Well what could have been a very interesting Sunday is now almost pointless.
"As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron."

Denver and the Jets are kind of in the same position today...win and eliminate the other AFC wild card hopefuls outright. As for the Giants, when they're healthy and they're right...they are one of the best 6 teams in the NFC. The other teams that were still alive for that last wild card were flawed and/or underachievers. I think the Giants did us a favor by winning. The games to determine seedings will still make Sunday interesting. I was looking at what games we're getting locally and they aren't the most important matchups of the day...this is the type of day where having the NFL package on the dish would be nice. It would've been cool if they made it available on digital cable at some point.

Anybody when right and healthy could be considered a "good" team in the NFC, problem is other than the Saints and the Bears, I'm not convinced any team in the NFC would have a shot against the AFC.
